V5000 Smartbadge

• The 'Raise to Wake' feature on the V5000 Smartbadge will automatically open just received messages, alerts or events when the user tips the V5000 Smartbadge towards their face. The user should tilt the badge within 5 seconds of the message pop up appearing on the screen. The feature does not turn the screen on by tilting the badge at other times. 
• Upon waking the badge, notifications will be displayed only if the user has pending messages/voicemails

Firmware 5.6.x.x interface and newer (2023-present

1. On the home page swipe to the second by dragging a finger left across the screen

2. Tap on the Settings tile/app

3. Tap on the Display Settings option

4. Tap on the Raise to Wake option

5. Select the users preference of Disabled or Enabled. The setting is applied immediately and the user is taken back to the Display Settings page.

6. Swipe a finger down from the top of the screen to return to the home page

Firmware 5.5.x.x Interface and older (2019-2023)

1. On 'My Accounts' page, tap the down arrow above user name

 

2. Select Badge Setting

 

3. Choose Display Settings

 

4. Tap Raise to Wake

 

5. Two options are shown. Click Enabled or Disabled (per user's need)
