Hi Michael,
I am double checking on this, but right now there is not a report that supports this granularity. The best you can do is tell who a call or alert was sent to at that time. If it happened to go to a group, then you can tell who the call went to up until someone answered it. If an alert went to a group, then you can tell who was in the group at that moment in time.
