@delmar.mounts (Client) The return status cannot be checked using the serial number. However, Once you are logged into the portal, head to the Returns and Warranty page via the Homepage or My Support page, Under 'Open RMA Cases,' select the case you want to check the status for, you can also go to the 'Warranty Lookup' tab and enter the serial number, RMA, or case number to view the replacement and warranty status.
