Bulk Actions menu*, not Bulk Export
@aaron.day3 (Client) - We are currently checking this internally with the team and will provide an update shortly.
@aaron.day3 (Client) For Engage and Platform 6.x environments, removing users or groups from the exported file and re-importing it through the Bulk Actions menu does not perform bulk deletion. We have escalated this case to our Technical Support team to assist you further and advise on any available workaround options.

I tried using this guide: https://voceradocs.stryker.com/bundle/dlt_help_5.9.0/page/platform/vs/version/topics/vs_deletingwithcsvfiles.html
But I'm not understanding where "Maintenance" and "Update" options are in this process. I don't know if those options appear after uploading a CSV to the Bulk Actions
@aaron.day3 (Client) The “Maintenance” and “Update” options referenced in the guide may vary depending on the Platform/Engage version and user permissions, which is likely why you are not seeing them in your environment.
As this requires further validation specific to your setup, our Technical Support team is already engaged on the case and will continue assisting you directly with the correct steps and any available workaround options for bulk deletion.
