Why would several departments not be able to hear one-way audio when panic button is pressed on Vocera badge? User in Mission Control pressed Panic Button but only one person of Security group was able to hear the audio from he call.

Other members of Mission Control were not able to hear one-way audio and nor did the respiratory therapists that were involved in the test. End user is wanting answers on how audio is routed to associated groups.

    @kimberlybrewer (Client)​ Based on the information provided, this behavior could be related to the panic alarm routing configuration, group membership settings, or the specific workflow configured for one-way audio during a panic event. In some configurations, audio may be routed only to designated responders rather than all members of the associated groups.
