judd.alexander1 (Customer) asked a question.
I occasionally receive notification emails that one of the VSTGs has disconnected. From past experience, I understand this is most commonly due to an momentary interruption in the heartbeat on the SIP trunk to the telephony system (CUCM in our case). And in every case - I've checked telephony services across the VSTGs and have never found an issue.
The reason I'm asking this question is because, on this particular instance - the VSTG notification was accompanied by two [860]Postgres: Application Health Check failed notifications (one from each Voice node in Platform) at the exact same time.
So, just our of curiosity... I'm wondering if we know why in this case, the VSTG d/C notification was accompanied by the two [860] notifications? And, if there is any significance or need for follow-up action?
Thanks

@judd.alexander1 (Customer) I understand that the VSTG disconnected notification and the two [860] Postgres: Application Health Check Failed notifications were received at the same time. Based on the alerts alone, it is difficult to determine whether the events are related or if any follow-up action is required. Since no telephony impact was observed, this may have been a temporary event. However, to better understand the significance of the [860] notifications and whether they are related to the VSTG disconnect, we will engage our Technical Support team for further investigation, and they will reach out to you shortly.
