  • The contact's phone must have been purchased/issued within the U.S. and have a U.S.-based phone number.
  • The contact's device must be the only device they are attempting to use for these updates; a single contact cannot use multiple devices.
  • The correct application must have been downloaded - Ease Applications Messaging. The icon should be a blue box with a white heart. If the main screen requests a username/password, likely the incorrect application Ease MD has been downloaded.
  • The contact must have received a 4-digit code from an unrecognized number in order to complete their contact setup
  • The contact must be able to establish a strong wi-fi or cellular data connection.
