The number of simultaneous Genie sessions allowed at one time is determined by the Vocera License you purchased.
If the maximum number of Genie sessions is reached, your users will hear a message from the Genie: "I'm busy at the moment, please wait."
In order to monitor usage of the Genie, the Genie Session Summary Report on the Vocera Report Server can be used to see if your facility is close to reaching the maximum consistently.

Wait until another Speech Port becomes available for use
Investigate possible training opportunities for badge users to keep Speech Port usage to a minimum
Analyze peak times of Speech Port usage with the VRS Genie Session Summary Report

A User may be sending Voice Messages to a wide distribution of Badge Users, ie Everyone Everywhere
