    Hi Tony,

Here is an article in our knowledge base that goes over the steps:

    1. In order to reset badges to defaults you must access their hidden menus first. See, How to access hidden menus on B3000n
    2. There are nine selections available in the Hidden menu, select Reset Defaults near the bottom of the list by using the 3 buttons on the Left side of the badge:
    • The Top button scrolls up
      • The Bottom button scrolls down
      • The Middle button selects

Select Yes and badge will reboot.

Let me know if this helps do the trick or if you run into any issues at all.

Many thanks for the assistance, I hadn’t used the Portal really before and believed I was searching rather than asking the question in all honesty. I did find the info when I used it correctly.

Thanks very much for coming back to me so quick, it’s very much appreciated.

      Cheers,
      Tony
