Are there a known issue with the V5000 badge call button?
The call button on several of the V5000 badges is not responding when pushed even after the sensitivity has been adjusted both up and down. I find the only way to get the call button to work on the particular badge i am currently using is to take the battery out and put back in.
Is this a known issue or are we experiencing unique issues?

sorry for not answering back sooner, we are being pulled in all directions at this hospital right now. A ticket was opened and I have to get more badge logs to send to Vocera to determine what could be happening.
@carrie.frey (Customer) - Thanks for the update. We’ll continue troubleshooting once the additional badge logs are available. We’ll close this post for now, and our support team will follow up as soon as we hear back from you.
