Yes. If Vocera Access Anywhere is enabled and the user has the appropriate permissions, they can call into the Genie from a phone and issue voice commands, including broadcasts such as "Broadcast Everyone Everywhere." Although you can use a phone to access the Genie to initiate a broadcast, you cannot receive a broadcast on a phone.
Vocera Access Anywhere is typically enabled and managed by your Vocera System Administrator, so you may want to check with them if you're unsure whether it is available in your environment. Please let us know if you need any further help.
