Stryker Vocera Customer Portal

• Available to Designated Support Contacts (DSCs) for Accounts with an active Standard or Premier Service Contract covering the effected product(s)

1. Log in to the Stryker Vocera Customer Portal
   • Username is typically your email address
2. Click MY SUPPORT > MY CASES on the Navigation bar
   • 
3. Click Submit new case
   • 
4. Complete the form
   • Type: Defaults to Problem.  Change as necessary.
   • Subject: A short synopsis of the issue
   • Description: Any known details about the issue or question.  Include as much detail as possible.  This often includes:
     • Date(s) / Time(s) of occurrence(s)
     • Detailed description of the issue or question
     • Effected Products
     • Effected Systems
     • Effected Users
     • Effected Devices
     • Effected Locations
5. (Optional) Use an existing article: As details are typed into the Subject and Description fields, matching or related KAs will appear on the right in the Dynamic Search Results
   • Clicking a result in this list does not navigate away from this page.  The result will open as a pop-over modal.  If it's helpful, give it a thumbs up!

6. Add Files: Adds selected files to the Case
   • Device and/or Server logs, if available
7. Click Submit
