Cancellation Policy
Vocera University courses have limited capacity and are often in high demand. To ensure equal training opportunities for all customers, please email VoceraUniversity@Stryker.com as soon as you know will not be able to attend.
Class Cancellations
Vocera reserves the right to cancel a course up to 2 weeks prior to the class start date. Courses with no registrations a week prior to the start date will be cancelled.
Arrival Time
We respect our students' time so if you haven’t arrived by 15 minutes after the posted class start time, we kindly ask that you reschedule, so a late entry does not disrupt the class.
Please note - All courses start on time. If no one arrives by 15 minutes after the posted start time, the course will be cancelled.
